While this is not a hotel and thus lacks the additional services outside the provision of a room, it does have a receptionist on duty for most of the day. And the room itself is excellent, from the room size to the bed, the furniture (including a kitchenette if you're interested) and the quality of the finishings in the toilet/shower room. Add to that, the central location right by the arena, the connection with the valet parking (costs €25 daily but that's only slightly more expensive than regular parking I found), the usefulness of the recommendations provided, and the helpful emails prior to arrival, and it's really hard to give it anything less than full marks, especially in comparison to other similarly priced residences.
We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Verona. It was clean and the staff are really helpful. We had the possibility to leave our luggage before check in and after check out times. It is located a few minutes away from Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that due to a bar in the vicinity there is a lot of noise at night. Also our window overlooked garbage/glass skips and there was a lot of noise during dumping/collection. My advice is to bring your ear plugs:)
This being said I highly recommend this place.
The perfect accommodation for me and my family. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location is absolutely amazing, with the Arena and Piazza Bra a short walk away. It’s the perfect spot to explore the sights of the old city. The staff were very responsive to queries prior to checking in and they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They stored our bags after checkout and we were most grateful for their help to get us a taxi when there were none available. They kept trying until they got one in time for us to make our train. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Verona. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.
Great place to stay, clean and spacious, they thought of all the facilities needed. Only downfall was that the lift didn’t stop on our floor so we had to take baby out of pushchair to climb the stairs (which I’m sure if you specify beforehand they can give you a different room) otherwise location is brilliant, staff were nice and friendly - I would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful place to stay in Verona, the rooms were clean, spacious, and homey. The staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for things to do around the area.
As an additional plus, we have an issue with a local parking lot but had a hard time getting a response from the company. As a last ditch resort I reached out to the front desk at the hotel for help. They contacted the company on my behalf. Soon after, my problem was resolved and my money returned! Thank you so much 🙏

I loved the comfort of the hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and had fantastic restaurant recommendations.
Excellent impression! Clean, big room with all needed facilities. Especially I enjoyed the Dyson hairdryer.
Beautiful interior, Very clean, And we loved the bathroom. Bathroom was even provided with a Dyson!
